Here are the latest Lafora Disease screening results and trends for Mini Wire Dachshunds from the Autumn 2019 Breed Records Supplement. 98% of puppies and litters are "safe", i.e. no risk of an Affected puppy being born.

29 litters producing 124 puppies are all clear for both Lafora and PRA
12 litters producing 50 puppies have one clear parent and one untested parent (all dams except one)
1 litter has neither parent tested for either diseases.
